Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy - the basics

We deliver to all locations across India. Please ensure that you provide a full street address with a correct pin code, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Deliveries are generally made during standard working hours and may vary depending on the state. No shipments are dispatched on Sundays or public holidays, as our logistics partners do not operate on these days.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, depending on item availability and warehouse location. This ensures that your products reach you safely, even if they are delivered on different days.

All parcels are shipped with full insurance at no additional cost. While we take responsibility for in-transit risks, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages once they are delivered to the address provided.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, a shipment notification will be sent to you with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to become active on the courier’s website.

Orders cannot be altered once placed. However, address change requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. Currently, shipping to multiple addresses within a single order is not available; customers wishing to deliver to different addresses should place separate orders.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Any penalties or additional charges levied by courier companies due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer. Re-shipment costs for lost or incorrect deliveries will also be the responsibility of the customer.

All products are carefully packed in polythene with bubble wrap and placed in a corrugated box to ensure safe transit. Shipments are generally delivered via first-class courier services within 5-7 working days after dispatch, though exact delivery times may vary based on product availability and location.

While estimated shipping times are provided for each product, these are approximate and may change. Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours, and customers can expect delivery within 7-9 business days in most cases. In rare circumstances where items are out of stock or there are unforeseen delays, we may split orders into multiple shipments or offer partial refunds/store credit if the issue cannot be resolved promptly.

The billing address is only required for online payments; since only Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted, this is optional. The shipping address is where your order will be delivered.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days and then reship your items. Customers are encouraged to check the tracking details and reach out through the help desk for any shipping-related queries.
