Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to love every purchase! To ensure a smooth process, please record a video while opening your parcel. This helps us quickly verify any damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Without a video, we won’t be able to process returns.
 

All orders are carefully processed, but occasionally cancellations may occur due to stock limits, product errors, or internal checks. If your order is cancelled, your payment will be refunded to the original method. COD payments will be refunded to your bank account.
 

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and invoice. Used, washed, or tampered items cannot be returned. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued. Customers should use a trusted courier for returns; shipping costs will be reimbursed up to a set limit upon submission of the receipt.
 

For multiple items, please submit all return requests together. Refunds are processed once the items reach our warehouse and pass quality checks. To protect genuine customers, accounts that frequently misuse returns may face COD restrictions or additional shipping charges.
 

Orders not yet processed can be cancelled, and refunds will be issued after any applicable charges.

​We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect orders placed by the customer. Only products received in good condition, unused, and in original packaging are eligible for returns within the specified time frame. Any damage due to misuse, tampering, or improper handling will not be accepted.
